IMMERSE
LBC’s Student Ministry
Immerse is Lake Baldwin’s Student Ministry. At Immerse, we join with the mission of Lake Baldwin Church which is founded on the gospel and aims to make disciples who are a light to the lost, found, city, and the world.
Through food, fellowship, fun, and formation, the vision of Immerse is to come alongside families in the discipleship of their students by helping middle and high schoolers connect with Christ and the church, grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus by making their faith their own, and love as they have been loved.

Volunteers
Our volunteers make Immerse happen. Volunteers are committed to investing in students lives, and there are three ways to volunteer with Immerse:
Become a weekly volunteer: A weekly volunteer desires to invest in our students by attending our Wednesday night meetings, connecting with students, and leading small group discussions. Our weekly volunteers also attend our events and help facilitate them as needed.
Become a student mentor: A student mentor invests in one or more of our students by praying for them and meeting with them once a month to check in and encourage them in their faith.
Join our host team: A member of our host team invests in our students by offering up their home to host as needed or by contributing food or supplies to various events.
Volunteers with Lake Baldwin Student Ministry must fill out a brief application, undergo a background check, and attend a brief training with the director.
We need more Volunteers!
